Aljafar Technologies

Website Terms of Use

Terms governing the Aljafar Technologies public website and public AIS experiences.

01

Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to public websites, demonstrations, previews, and public AIS experiences provided by Aljafar Technologies Inc. They do not replace a signed pilot agreement, master services agreement, order form, statement of work, data-processing addendum, service-level agreement, or other commercial agreement.

02

Agreement and authority

Where a feature presents an affirmative acceptance mechanism, using that mechanism forms part of your agreement to the terms identified with it. Merely visiting the public website does not create a paid AIS customer relationship or mean that a requested service, meeting, pilot, or integration has been accepted.

If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to take the applicable action for that organization.

03

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information practices and is a separate notice rather than blanket contractual consent to every processing activity. Customer-controlled processing may also be governed by an applicable data-processing agreement and customer privacy notice.

04

Permitted use

You may use the public site for lawful informational, evaluation, and business-inquiry purposes consistent with these Terms and instructions presented in the service.

05

AIS information, demonstrations, and previews

Demonstrations, screenshots, sample businesses, roadmaps, previews, estimates, public pricing, and feature descriptions may illustrate current or intended capabilities but do not create service-level, delivery, roadmap, or availability commitments unless a separate signed agreement expressly provides them.

06

Accounts and security

Authorized AIS accounts must be used only by approved users. You are responsible for protecting credentials, following required authentication controls, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

07

Artificial intelligence

AIS may use external artificial-intelligence services. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Apply appropriate human or professional review before relying on AI output for consequential business, legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional decisions.

08

Information you submit

You are responsible for information you choose to provide and for having the rights and authority necessary to provide it for the requested purpose.

Do not submit passwords, secret keys, payment-card information, protected health information, or other unnecessary sensitive records through ordinary public channels unless we specifically provide an appropriate channel and instruct you to use it.

09

Prohibited use

You may not use the site or AIS public experiences to violate law or another person's rights; obtain unauthorized access; bypass security, authorization, safety, or usage controls; introduce malware; interfere with availability or integrity; commit fraud; impersonate another person or organization; or obtain confidential or tenant-isolated information without authorization.

Automated access, extraction, scraping, security testing, or reverse engineering must not violate applicable law, circumvent technical restrictions, materially burden the service, or occur without authorization where authorization is required. Nothing in this section restricts conduct that applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding contractual restrictions.

10

Intellectual property

The site, AIS software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and other original materials are owned by Aljafar Technologies, its licensors, or other applicable rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.

11

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or product feedback, we may use that feedback to evaluate or improve our services without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated confidential information or personal information.

12

Third-party services

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Independent services may have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

13

Informational content

Unless a signed professional-services agreement expressly provides otherwise, public website information is not legal, medical, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

14

Availability

Public services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or suspended for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, product development, or provider issues. These public Terms do not create a service-level guarantee.

15

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PUBLIC SITE AND PUBLIC DEMONSTRATION EXPERIENCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DEMONSTRATION OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES RIGHTS OR WARRANTIES THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT US TO EXCLUDE.

16

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALJAFAR TECHNOLOGIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE PUBLIC SITE OR PUBLIC DEMONSTRATION EXPERIENCES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR DATA WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS LAWFUL. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT TO BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

17

Unlawful or malicious misuse

Where permitted by law, we may seek appropriate legal or equitable remedies for deliberate malicious conduct such as unauthorized access, security attacks, fraud, intentional interference, intellectual-property infringement, or other unlawful misuse. This does not impose a broad indemnity merely because someone accesses the public website.

18

Restriction or suspension

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate abuse or fraud, respond to a security threat, comply with law, protect third-party rights, or enforce applicable Terms.

19

International access

Availability of the site in a location does not mean that every AIS service is offered, lawful, supported, or commercially available there. We may restrict availability based on law, sanctions, provider constraints, operational capability, or other legitimate considerations.

20

Copyright and trademark concerns

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, contact hassan@aljafartechnologies.com with enough information for us to review the concern. These Terms do not represent that Aljafar Technologies has designated a statutory notice agent for every copyright safe-harbor regime.

21

Changes to the website or services

We may change public website content, demonstrations, interfaces, or public features as the product evolves. Public descriptions do not create a perpetual obligation to maintain a feature unchanged.

22

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as our services or legal requirements evolve. A change to these public Terms does not silently amend a separately executed customer agreement.

23

Governing law and forum

These public website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to mandatory law that provides otherwise, disputes concerning these public Terms may be brought in state or federal courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Connecticut.

These public Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or include a class-action waiver. A separately negotiated commercial agreement may contain different dispute-resolution terms if expressly agreed.

24

General provisions

If a provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship.

25

Relationship to other agreements

A signed pilot agreement, master services agreement, order form, statement of work, data-processing addendum, service-level agreement, or other commercial agreement controls within its scope and is not superseded by these public Terms.
