Aljafar Technologies

Privacy Policy

How Aljafar Technologies handles personal information across its corporate website and AIS experiences.

01

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Aljafar Technologies Inc. (“Aljafar Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when we determine the purposes and means of processing through our corporate website, public contact channels, AIS account and administrative experiences, and other AIS features for which Aljafar Technologies acts as the responsible organization.

When AIS processes personal information on behalf of a customer that determines why and how that information is used, that customer is responsible for its own privacy notice and Aljafar Technologies processes the information under the applicable customer agreement or data-processing terms.

02

Information we may process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

  • business contact information, such as name, business email, organization, title, phone number, and messages;
  • public inquiry and communication information;
  • account, authentication, role, and administrative information for authorized AIS users;
  • information submitted through AIS features when Aljafar Technologies controls that feature; and
  • technical, request, device, security, and diagnostic information reasonably needed to operate and protect the service, which may include IP or other network information, requested route, date and time, HTTP method and status, browser or device characteristics, operating-system information, approximate location derived from network information, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
03

Business-card and QR attribution

Our bounded business-card redirect analytics are designed to measure campaign-level usage while minimizing visitor data. The application-level analytics record does not store raw IP addresses or persist full user-agent strings for this purpose, and it does not use precise location or device fingerprinting.

A pseudonymous daily digest used to estimate unique visits is retained for approximately 35 days, while aggregate campaign totals may be retained for approximately 24 months. Infrastructure and security providers may separately generate ordinary request or security logs as part of operating their services.

04

How we use information

  • provide, administer, maintain, and secure our websites and services;
  • respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services;
  • authenticate authorized users and administer accounts;
  • detect abuse, investigate incidents, troubleshoot failures, and maintain reliability;
  • understand and improve product operation using appropriately minimized information;
  • comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; and
  • carry out another purpose that you request or authorize or that is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
05

Artificial intelligence

Some AIS features use an external artificial-intelligence service provider to process limited prompts, approved context, or other information reasonably necessary to generate a response. The existence of an AI-enabled feature does not mean every AIS record or interaction is sent to an AI provider. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed appropriately before consequential use.

06

Service providers and other disclosures

We may disclose information to service-provider categories that help operate the service, including hosting and infrastructure providers, database and authentication providers, artificial-intelligence providers, communications providers, and security or operational-support providers. A provider does not necessarily receive every category of information described in this policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction, or at your direction.

07

Cookies and similar technologies

AIS account, authentication, and public-service functions may use cookies or similar storage that is necessary for session continuity, security, authentication, and core functionality. We do not add a cosmetic consent banner where the implemented service does not require one.

Before publication, we will verify the final production analytics, telemetry, cookies, and tracking configuration so this policy accurately describes the deployed service.

08

Sale and targeted advertising

The intended initial production configuration does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, use AIS personal information for cross-context or targeted behavioral advertising, or introduce advertising pixels. These statements remain subject to final production and third-party tracker verification before publication.

09

Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for appropriate operational, security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the category of information, purpose, applicable agreement, provider lifecycle, and legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it as appropriate.

10

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information in a manner appropriate to the service and risk. No method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

11

International processing

Aljafar Technologies and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries involved in providing the service. Where applicable law requires a specific safeguard for an international transfer, we will seek to use an appropriate lawful mechanism for the relevant processing.

12

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to confirm whether personal information is processed, access or obtain a copy of certain information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, or exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance. We may also choose to honor reasonable requests more broadly where doing so is appropriate and feasible.

13

Privacy requests

Privacy questions or requests may be sent to hassan@aljafartechnologies.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, locate relevant records, protect information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion, or clarify the request.

14

Children

Our business services are not designed as consumer services for children. If you believe a child has inappropriately provided personal information through an Aljafar Technologies public service, contact us so we can review the situation.

15

Third-party websites

Our websites may link to independent third-party services. Their separate privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are outside this policy when they independently determine how information is processed.

16

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The “Last Updated” date published with the final policy will identify the current version. Materially incompatible new uses will be handled in accordance with applicable notice, consent, or other legal requirements.
